IMPORTANT CHANGES TO ATTENDANCE AND DISMISSAL – 2024-2025 School Year

To report a FULL DAY or PARTIAL DAY student absence:

 

Please do not email your student’s teacher with attendance or dismissal changes in the event they are out of the school and have a substitute covering their class. The substitutes do not have access to the teacher’s emails. The front office will communicate any dismissal changes to the teachers. All changes must be received in writing/email by 2:15pm and all students must be picked up by 3:15pm at the latest, to avoid congestion and confusion in the office. We understand that emergencies or extenuating circumstances may arise, and if you need to speak with someone urgently, please call the main office at 703-530-7541.

 

To report DISMISSAL changes (i.e., leaving early, going home a different way than normal), email:
