Bonjour! My name is Fatima Zahra Naimi, and I am the French Program Coordinator. I am excited to introduce students to the French language and the diverse cultures of the Francophone world. Through engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences, students develop communication skills, cultural awareness, curiosity, and confidence as language learners.
About the French Program
Bienvenue! Our French Program introduces students to the French language and Francophone cultures through engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences on a six-day rotation. The curriculum is organized around four units—My Personal Identity, My Life at School, My Family and Friends, and My Community—through which students progressively develop listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Students learn to communicate about themselves, school, family and friends, and their community while building vocabulary, asking and answering questions, describing and comparing, and using French in meaningful real-world contexts.
